Biography

 

I work to National Agency of frequencies since 2003. I have been a Head of Policy of Spectrum Management since April 2016, on this position, I define government strategy on frequency infrastructure, to include a new broad band technology, launch a new procedure to allocate frequency and to improve our automatic system of spectrum management.

Between 2007-2010 and 2012-2016:  during 9 years I had been a head of policy Coordination and notification of Frequency for Government and operator. In this role, I provide the recommendations to user of frequencies, and I participate in World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC) and  Regional Radiocommunication  conference (RRC) in order to update National Plan , and procedure of notification and coordination. I was a head of terrestrial Radiocommunication service; since 2007 to 2012 . The overarching missions of this service are; to protect all requirements of frequency matter, of state and define a Spectrum Strategy and coordinate with neighbor country the requirement of frequencies.

I have a modest experience to the National Telecommunications Authority for 17 months; on the strategy adopted to measure QoS of 2G/3G operator.

In addition to my ANF responsibilities, I’m very active on several committees including Convergence commission (AICTO); Regulatory Commission of the audiovisual sector, in study Group of the ITU-R and in the Arab countries working group (ASMG).

I have attended the CMR 2015 as head of delegation

I was a member on WTSA’s content team ( World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly 2016)

My target career  is to work in an international Organization or Association or Company in the field of ICT regulation
